The need

My customer record exists in five tools, and they all disagree. My stock count is in three systems, and they all disagree. Without integration, every team operates on a different version of reality.

The cost shows up everywhere. Customers receive marketing they unsubscribed from in another tool. Online orders get fulfilled, except the stock was not actually there. Quarter-end reconciliation eats two weeks. The question “which number is right?” never gets a clean answer.
