Connect Front-Office to Back-Office

Sales tools talking to back-office tools, without the manual data entry, CSV exports and brittle scripts that hold the handoff together today.

The need

My sales tools and my back-office tools live in different worlds. Every event that starts in one needs to end up in the other, and today that handoff is held together by manual data entry, CSV exports, scheduled jobs and brittle scripts that break every time a tool updates.

You hear it from operations leads, from finance, and from the engineer who has quietly maintained the glue script for two years. The front of the house and the back of the house run on different software, and the integration is somebody's part-time job.

Where it shows up

  • A sale on Magento becomes an order in Soft1, a picking task in the WMS, a courier voucher, an invoice transmitted to ΑΑΔΕ, a status update to the customer, and a row in the BI dashboard.
  • A CRM lead provisions an account in the eCommerce platform and a customer record in the ERP.
  • A courier return updates the WMS, refunds through finance and notifies the customer.

Different teams own each tool. None of them want to migrate.

What EXN does

EXN acts as the connective tissue between the front-office half (eCommerce, marketplaces, CRM) and the back-office half (ERP, WMS, finance, fulfillment). One canonical model that every tool maps to.

Your existing ERP stays the central source of truth; EXN orchestrates around it rather than replacing it.

AI moments

Where AI earns its place

01 · Service

AI-assisted mapping

When a new front- or back-office tool joins, the system reads sample payloads and proposes how each field maps to the canonical model. Engineers approve and ship.

02 · Service

Natural-language summaries

When a flow stalls between systems, operators see what broke, where in the chain, and what is still outstanding, without reading raw logs.

Outcomes

01

Seconds, not hours

Sales-to-fulfillment latency measured in seconds, not hours.

02

No manual entry

Manual data entry between front and back office eliminated.

03

Keep the best tool

Each team keeps the best tool for its job, with no migration project.
