Worryla set out to professionalise Personal and Household Services in Greece, Home Care, Child Care, and Senior Care, in a sector that has historically operated on informal labour. The brand's promise to its customers is that every visit is delivered by a rigorously selected, formally employed caregiver with full social protection, fair pay, and legal employment standards. That promise has operating-model implications: the workforce has to be tracked, rostered, paid, and reported on the same system that takes the booking, and the booking has to land in the back office without losing context. Engagements of this shape sit at the core of what Existanze does. Our implementation practice rests on our module catalog and 15 years of systems-integration work, and on this engagement the entire operating model lives on Odoo.
Personal and Household Services on Odoo with bespoke FSM, Appointments, and a dual-side portal
We deployed Odoo across CRM, Sales, Purchase, Subscriptions, Project, Field Service Management, Appointments, Planning, Timesheets, HR, Helpdesk, Website, and Accounting, with our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules covering real-time AADE compliance. The Odoo Website module runs as the core CMS for worryla.gr, with Worryla's brand, content, mobile-aware navigation, and conversion analytics on the same platform that runs the back office. We extended the Appointments / booking module so a household request flowing in from the website becomes a deduplicated partner with a separate service-address node, threads through to a calendar event with the right caregiver attached, and chains recurring visits into the schedule. Recurring care plans run on Odoo Subscriptions for predictable billing across the visit cadence, and post-visit ratings collected on the customer portal feed a Helpdesk queue when an issue needs follow-up. We enhanced the timesheet functionality for service-delivery employees, so caregivers work inside a planning and time-logging experience tailored to on-site service delivery rather than the standard internal-timesheet UI. Around that core we built bespoke modules tailored to Worryla's operating model: the Field Service extension that turns each household visit into a planned, timed, rateable assignment, the Sales and Product extensions that map Worryla's care categories into the quotation and order layer, and the dual-portal layer that gives households one experience and caregivers another inside the same platform. Reporting and report layouts were tailored across invoice, sale order, and timesheet to match the brand's own document language.
We were formalising a sector that had run on informal labour, and that meant the platform underneath the brand had to be built for the model. Existanze took us from website intake to caregiver dispatch to invoice to AADE filing on one platform, with a household experience and a caregiver experience that actually fit the work.
