The Workout Project runs on Odoo across CRM, Project, Appointments, and Accounting, configured as a bespoke coaching framework. CRM holds the client relationship as the central operational record, with the personal context, the goals, and the engagement history all captured against the client's own profile. Project carries the per-client coaching plan and the structured progress-tracking surface, so each session, each measurement, and each plan-versus-result feedback loop lands as a tracked event rather than a coach's note in a spreadsheet. Appointments handles client booking against the coach's calendar, keeping the booking surface, the per-client plan, and the financial close on the same record. Accounting sits on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules so every coaching engagement closes through real-time AADE submission, with coaching packages billed per engagement against the client's project rather than as recurring subscriptions.
The data model was configured around how the coaching process actually generates value. Progress measurements are tied to plan milestones; session outcomes feed back into the plan; the coach's view shows the client's full trajectory at a glance; and the financial side closes on the same data the coaching side is reading. The result is an Odoo instance that turns a personal-service operation into a measurable, repeatable service without losing the coaching relationship at its core.
