Best Pharmacy (St. Liodaki Pharmacy & Partners Co) is a Greek pharmacy group with more than fifty years of experience in pharmaceutical, health, and beauty products and in pharmaceutical consulting services. Hybrid pharmacy retail on Odoo with WMS micropicking and full 3PL integration
Best Pharmacy runs on Odoo across Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Point of Sale, Website, and Accounting. The Magento storefront is wired bidirectionally into Odoo through EXN Middleware, so the e-shop catalogue, orders, customer records, stock, and the multiple storefront payment methods Magento exposes move on the same canonical data model as the in-store and back-office surface, with every storefront payment method mapped tightly into Odoo's default payment handling. Accounting sits on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules so every transaction reconciles to AADE in real time. POS sits on our EXN EFT/POS module, which integrates the card terminal directly into the register so the payment, the receipt, and the inventory move close together at the moment of sale rather than reconciling overnight.
The fulfilment side is the engagement's distinctive piece, and EXN Middleware is the orchestration layer underneath it. Best Pharmacy operates a hybrid fulfilment model where Magento-originated online orders flow into Odoo and split across two routes: some are picked from local inventory inside the in-house warehouse, and others move through a third-party 3PL network. We built the platform to handle both routes inside the same Odoo data model. Odoo WMS runs the local-inventory and e-shop micropicking flow, with stock visibility, picking lists, and pick-pack-and-ship operations carried directly inside the ERP for the orders the in-house team fulfils. EXN Middleware then carries a full bidirectional integration to Logika, the leading e-commerce 3PL logistics provider in Greece, for everything that fulfils through the third-party network: order injection, stock synchronisation, status updates, returns, and invoice reconciliation, all flowing in real time on the same canonical data model. The result is a single fulfilment cockpit that decides per order which route it follows, with stock, status, and customer-facing visibility consistent across both routes.
Multi-carrier outbound shipping closes the loop on the local-fulfilment side via our EXN Courier service, so a parcel can leave the in-house warehouse on whichever carrier the rate sheet, the SLA, and the destination call for, with real-time traceability across every supported courier, Cash-on-Delivery handling, and post-delivery consolidation flowing back into Odoo on every parcel. The cross-channel data model keeps the physical store, the e-shop, the warehouse, and the 3PL surface aligned in real time, so a sale at the till, an online order routed to local pick, and an online order routed to 3PL all resolve against the same stock and the same customer record.
