Energy UtilitiesInside Ormi Management
Ormi Management is a management and consultancy firm operating across Switzerland, Dubai, and Greece, serving companies in the commodities-trading and energy sectors with structured support for compliance, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth. The customer base sits in regulatory-heavy industries; the operating geography spans three jurisdictions; the commercial model demands consistent cross-department visibility from a single source of truth. Engagements of this shape, where the customer's regulatory posture is the product and the operational footprint is multi-country, are exactly what Existanze's implementation practice is built for. Our methodology rests on fifteen years of systems-integration work and a portfolio of Odoo modules we author and maintain in-house. Ormi Management chose Existanze.
Multi-country consultancy on Odoo with Greek and Dubai accounting
Ormi runs on Odoo across Accounting, HR, Sales, and Purchase. The accounting layer carries both the Greek and the Dubai (UAE) regimes inside the same Odoo instance. On the Greek side, accounting sits on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules, so every transaction in scope of the Greek regulatory regime closes through real-time AADE submission with the document classification codes the regime requires. On the Dubai side, the UAE localisation handles the local chart of accounts, the local tax and reporting structure, and the multi-entity reality of running a consultancy that books work into the Gulf as well as into Greece. The two regimes coexist on one platform, with leadership reading one operational truth across all three jurisdictions rather than reconciling between separate ERPs.
The HR side is the engagement's second distinctive piece. We delivered a payroll layer customised to Ormi's multi-jurisdiction compensation model: pay structures, allowances, deductions, and the regime-specific entitlements each employee record needs depending on which jurisdiction they sit in. Alongside payroll, we extended Odoo's calendar surface with enhancements that match the consultancy's cross-jurisdictional operating pattern, with leave, attendance, and scheduling tied directly to the same employee record the payroll engine is computing against. HR is therefore an integrated part of the platform rather than a parallel system, against finance, against the operational pipeline, against the regulatory layer.
The configuration was built around the multi-jurisdictional shape of Ormi's operations, with the Greek compliance backbone fully wired in for the Greek-registered side of the business, the Dubai accounting layer carrying the UAE side, and the HR-and-payroll surface working across both. Real-time AADE reporting, Dubai-compliant accounting, customised payroll, and an enhanced calendar combine into one operational truth.
Our regulatory posture is part of the product we sell. Existanze built a platform that holds Greek compliance, Dubai accounting, and our multi-jurisdiction payroll and calendar on one data model, so we can attest to that posture from one source of truth rather than from spreadsheets.

A flagship multi-country consultancy reference on Odoo
The Ormi engagement is one of our strongest references for multi-country consultancy on Odoo. A management firm operating across Switzerland, Dubai, and Greece runs on a single ERP, with the Greek regulatory backbone, the UAE accounting localisation, and a customised HR-and-payroll layer that works across the cross-jurisdictional commercial model.
For our practice, the engagement evidences that our implementation methodology operates wherever the customer's commercial footprint requires it, on whichever local regulatory regime applies. A multi-country management firm running on a single Odoo instance with two accounting localisations, a customised payroll layer, an enhanced calendar surface, and the Greek Ergani filings carried inside the platform is what serious cross-jurisdictional consulting on Odoo looks like when the platform is built around the operating model rather than retrofitted to it.
