Inside NAI RealAct

NAI RealAct is a Greek real-estate boutique firm operating since 2013 as part of the global NAI network, offering valuation, investment consultancy, tenant representation, strategic advisory, and project-management services to a mix of domestic and international clients. The customer profile defines what serious modern real-estate advisory actually demands: a client-engagement pipeline that runs across deal qualification, mandate, execution, and close; a property-level task surface that has to track many concurrent assignments without losing per-property accountability; a reporting layer that has to generate the data the firm uses to advise clients; and an inbound funnel that runs through Greek online property marketplaces alongside the firm's relationship-led pipeline. Engagements of this shape, where boutique professional services meets a deep marketplace-integration surface, are exactly what Existanze's implementation practice is built for. Our methodology rests on fifteen years of systems-integration work, our proprietary EXN Middleware platform, a canonical data model honed across 90+ production integrations, and a portfolio of Odoo modules we author and maintain in-house. NAI RealAct chose Existanze for the platform underneath the firm's commercial lifecycle.

What we did

Greek real-estate advisory on Odoo with Spitogatos and Xrysi Efkeria integrations

NAI RealAct runs on Odoo across CRM, Sales, Purchase, Project, and Accounting. CRM and Sales handle the client-engagement pipeline; Project carries the per-property task tracking and reporting surface so each assignment is structured against its own deliverables and timeline; Accounting sits on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules for real-time AADE submission on every invoice.

The integration layer is the engagement's distinctive piece. NAI RealAct's listings flow through the Greek online property marketplaces, and we wired those marketplaces into Odoo through EXN Middleware so listings, leads, and inquiries land directly in CRM rather than in a parallel inbox. The integration covers Spitogatos, Xrysi Efkeria, and the other listing platforms the firm operates against, with the canonical data model in EXN Middleware carrying every new marketplace connection on the same shape rather than as a one-off bridge. The result is a single inbound funnel across both the relationship-led pipeline and the marketplace surface, with every lead and every inquiry attached to the right property record and the right responsible advisor.

A flagship Greek real-estate advisory reference on Odoo

The NAI RealAct engagement is a reference for boutique real-estate advisory operations on Odoo. A Greek real-estate boutique firm, part of an international advisory network, runs on a single platform with CRM, property-level Project tracking, AADE-compliant accounting, and a deep integration surface to the Greek online property-listing market.

For our practice, the engagement evidences how Odoo extends naturally into professional-services operating models when the integration architecture is built for it. We are systems-integration experts and long-term Odoo partners. We use Odoo as the key business framework for our systems deployability and integration work, providing businesses with a holistic environment to achieve across the board organization transparency.
