Inside MOVEO Hellas

MOVEO Hellas is a Greek enterprise AI-agents company running a financially complex, internationally-facing business that demands a tightly structured accounting backbone, optimised chart of accounts, custom balance reporting, and the Greek regulatory layer carried in real time on top. The customer profile is the kind of profile that defines what serious enterprise-software-on-Odoo actually looks like: subscription revenue tied to multi-customer enterprise contracts, multi-currency exposure as the business reaches into international markets, advanced internal reporting requirements that go past the default Odoo dashboards, and a regulatory surface that has to close on every transaction the same day it happens. Engagements of this shape, where enterprise AI operating complexity meets a serious accounting and integration surface, are exactly what Existanze's implementation practice is built for. Our methodology rests on fifteen years of systems-integration work, our proprietary EXN Middleware platform, a canonical data model honed across 90+ production integrations, and a portfolio of Odoo modules we author and maintain in-house. MOVEO chose Existanze and has continued to extend the platform through a sequence of integrations and upsells year on year.

What we did

Greek enterprise AI accounting on Odoo with a bi-directional QuickBooks integration

MOVEO runs on Odoo across CRM and Accounting, configured for multi-company and multi-currency operations from day one. The accounting layer was the engagement's anchor: chart of accounts optimised for the way the business actually books enterprise AI revenue, balance reporting tailored to the financial picture leadership uses to run the company, and the Greek regulatory layer running on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules for real-time AADE submission on every transaction. CRM closes the commercial-funnel side, with the same data feeding the financial backbone.

The engagement has extended through a sequence of upsells maintained on top of the Odoo core. We delivered a bi-directional QuickBooks integration for the international side of the operation, so the cross-border accounting surface bridges cleanly between the Greek AADE-compliant Odoo instance and the international QuickBooks ledger and the cross-border closes reconcile automatically rather than by manual exception. We delivered Odoo training to deepen the customer team's mastery of the platform, because an enterprise software operator scales on internal capability, not on consultancy hand-holding.

One canonical data model. 90+ production integrations. Fifteen years of practice.

We use Odoo as the delivery surface for systems integration work that operates one level above any single ERP.

The outcome

Built on EXN Middleware

The QuickBooks integration sits on EXN Middleware, the same integration platform we run across our portfolio, with MOVEO's mappings configured on top of the productized base. The middleware carries records bi-directionally between Odoo and QuickBooks through a canonical data model that normalises customer, invoice, and ledger entities so the same record means the same thing on either side. Mapping rules are transformation-driven, retries on transient failures are idempotent, and every message is audit-trailed per direction so reconciliation is observable rather than reconstructed after the fact. Account codes, posting categories, and balance-reporting structures are aligned in the middleware so what closes in the Greek AADE-compliant Odoo instance reconciles automatically against the international QuickBooks ledger. The result is one ledger reality across the Greek and international books, with the middleware doing the carrying instead of MOVEO's team doing the reconciling.
