GloveRetail is a Greek retail technology integrator providing security and marketing management systems to some of the largest enterprises in the country, with a practice spanning five areas: consulting, in-store operations, digital signage, POS and customer-activation marketing, and retail security. The customer profile sets the operational shape: a commercial pipeline running against multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement at global brands deploying technology across hundreds of physical retail points, hardware moving through warehouse into in-store installations, on-site engineering work coordinated by technician teams, post-install ticket flow back to the customer-support function, and operations that have to agree across every functional thread for the engagement to hold. GloveRetail runs on Odoo across CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Field Service, Helpdesk, and Accounting. CRM and Sales handle the commercial pipeline against the multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement cycles that deploying technology into a global retail brand demands. Inventory tracks the digital-signage, electronic-shelf-label, anti-theft, and POS-marketing hardware deployed at customer sites and held in the central warehouse. Field Service carries the on-site engineering work, dispatch, scheduling, technician routing, parts allocation, and proof-of-completion, so the field surface is structured rather than email-driven. Helpdesk closes the loop on post-install support so customer tickets sit in the same operational thread as the underlying deployment.
The configuration was built around GloveRetail's actual operating model rather than against a default template, with Accounting set up for Greek statutory and tax-authority compliance and the operational reality reflected in the data model rather than retrofitted to it. The platform has stayed consistent with the way the team actually works through every shift in the retail-technology landscape since 2018.
