Retail EcommerceInside Fitshop
Fitshop is a European sporting-goods retailer focused on martial arts, gymnastics, and team sports, operating at the SKU breadth and order velocity that serious specialty-retail demands. The catalogue carries a six-figure SKU range across the gear that takes daily punishment in the ring, in the gym, and on the field; the channel mix spans an online storefront and a physical retail and POS surface; the logistics footprint runs across multiple warehouses and a third-party logistics network that includes Logika 3PL, itself an Existanze customer running on the same EXN platform. Engagements of this shape, where catalogue scale meets multi-channel retail and a deep integration surface, are exactly what Existanze's implementation practice is built for. Our methodology rests on fifteen years of systems-integration work, our proprietary EXN Middleware platform, a canonical data model developed across 90+ production integrations, and a portfolio of Odoo modules we author and maintain in-house.
European specialty-retail on Odoo with EXN Middleware and EXN EFT/POS
Fitshop runs on Odoo across Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, POS, and Website. Accounting sits on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules, so every retail and online transaction reconciles to AADE in real time. POS sits on our EXN EFT/POS module, which integrates the card terminal directly into the register so the payment, the receipt, and the inventory move close together at the moment of sale rather than reconciling overnight.
The integration layer is where the engagement gets distinctive. EXN Middleware sits at the heart of the operational stack and carries the bidirectional CS-Cart-to-Odoo synchronisation, with the storefront's multiple payment methods mapped tightly into Odoo's default payment handling so every checkout reconciles inside the ERP without a manual finance-side reconciliation step, the multi-warehouse and 3PL connectivity, and the vendor stock-automation flow that keeps Fitshop's supplier catalogue and the storefront aligned. The 3PL connection into Logika runs on the same integration pattern we deploy across our e-commerce ecosystem, where the storefront, the inventory layer, and the logistics partner all reference the same canonical data model, so a stock move in the warehouse, an order on the storefront, and a parcel handoff to the 3PL never fall out of sync. Our EXN Courier service handles a European multi-carrier network on the outbound side, so a parcel can leave any warehouse on whichever carrier the rate sheet and the destination call for, with real-time traceability across every supported courier, Cash-on-Delivery handling, and post-delivery consolidation flowing back into Odoo on every parcel. The full product master was cleansed and consolidated as part of the implementation, so the catalogue, the warehouse, and the storefront all reference the same single source of truth.
Our catalogue depth and shipping footprint had outgrown the previous setup. Existanze unified everything we run on, the warehouse, the storefront, the register, the third-party logistics partner, and every courier, into one platform with one source of truth for the catalogue and one place to see the whole operation.

A high-SKU European specialty-retail reference on Odoo
The Fitshop engagement is the strongest reference we have for high-SKU European specialty retail on Odoo. The platform underneath the brand carries every channel, every warehouse, every courier, and every transaction on one data model with one compliance layer. Online and offline trade move together rather than against each other, the warehouse position is real-time visible across the operation, and a catalogue of this depth is maintainable rather than fragmented across spreadsheets.
We are systems-integration experts and long-term Odoo partners. We use Odoo as the key business framework for our systems deployability and integration work, providing businesses with a holistic environment to achieve across the board organization transparency. A European specialty retailer at this catalogue depth and integration breadth, running coherently on Odoo with EXN Middleware at the integration boundary and the 3PL leg of the operation flowing into another Existanze platform on the same canonical data model, is what serious specialty-retail digital operations look like when the platform is built for the scale rather than retrofitted to it.
