Digital Publications Group is a Greek group of companies whose flagship operation, Myikona, is the Balkans' largest producer of personalized photographic and printing products. The mission is the kind of statement a serious consumer brand earns the right to make: to give people lasting, tailor-made products that mark the most significant events in their lives. The customer base spans millions of amateur and professional photographers, the channel mix runs across Greek e-commerce, retail, and direct-to-consumer flows, and the geographic footprint reaches across Denmark, Romania, and Bulgaria alongside the Greek domestic operation. Engagements of this shape, where high online-order volume meets per-order custom production and a multi-country logistics surface, are what Existanze's implementation practice is built for. Our methodology rests on fifteen years of systems-integration work, our proprietary EXN Middleware platform, a canonical data model developed across 90+ production integrations, and a portfolio of Odoo modules we author and maintain in-house. Multi-company personalized print on Odoo
The group runs end-to-end on a multi-company Odoo configuration. Sales handles the multi-channel order-taking surface across every entity in the group; Inventory carries the multi-brand catalogue and the automated stock replenishment that keeps custom-print SKUs available across every country; Manufacturing/MRP carries the production-order layer that makes each photobook and personalized item; Accounting closes the books on real Greek regulatory load through our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules, so every company in the group lands its transactions in AADE in real time with the document classification the regime requires. Helpdesk closes the customer-support loop inside the same platform.
The integration layer is where the engagement gets distinctive. EXN Middleware sits at the heart of the operational stack, carrying data between twelve WooCommerce storefronts, the warehouses, the production floor, and the courier surface, with the WooCommerce-to-Odoo bridge moving catalogue, orders, customers, stock, and the multiple storefront payment methods each WooCommerce instance exposes between every storefront in the group and the central ERP on a single canonical data model, mapping every checkout method tightly into Odoo's default payment handling. Our EXN Courier service routes outbound shipments through eighteen-plus courier providers across Greece, Denmark, Romania, and Bulgaria, picking the right carrier for the right destination, with real-time traceability across every supported courier, Cash-on-Delivery handling, and post-delivery consolidation flowing back into Odoo on every parcel. Multi-company and multi-brand operations are normalised through the canonical data model, which is why the platform can absorb a new brand, a new country, or a new sister company without re-architecting what already works.
We can finally see the whole group in one place: every storefront, every production order, every parcel, and every invoice on one platform. Existanze brought clarity to a setup that used to live across nine companies and a dozen disconnected systems.
