Your opportunity

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Accounting ERP Consultant. If you’re passionate about accounting and enjoy improving financial processes through software solutions, this is your opportunity to join our innovative Odoo ERP team.

​Your role at a glimpse:

• Act as the key liaison between clients and the development team, translating Accounting processes into ERP configurations and technical requirements.
• Process client financial data and workflows to configure Odoo ERP accounting modules, including Chart of Accounts, tax and journal setups, fixed assets, landed costs, expenses, and suspense accounts.
• Advise clients and developers on complex accounting topics, ensuring ERP compliance with Greek tax regulations, including MyData (AADE) and E-Books.
• Support and customize MyData and E-Books features within the ERP to ensure up-to-date digital accounting compliance.
• Guide users on generating accurate and compliant financial reports through Odoo, including P&L, Trial Balance, VIES, Intrastat, E3 etc.
• Monitor legislative changes and regulatory updates, promptly communicating ERP-related deadlines and requirements to the development and project teams.
• Provide training and ongoing support to both clients and internal teams to ensure confident ERP usage and system adoption.
• Conduct root cause analysis of reported incidents and apply corrective actions when possible.
• Test and validate accounting-related ERP features developed by the technical team before deployment.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.

Being the perfect match:
Bring along:

• 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant role or in an accounting agency.
• BSc / MSc in Accounting & Finance or equivalent from a Greek or foreign institution
• Familiarity with at least one ERP Accounting system
• Fluency in Greek & English, both written and oral
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to bring along:

• Experience with IFRS
